Caterpillars go through many stages before they turn into beautiful butterflies that can fly. When a child is battling cancer, they too must go through many stages before they can spread their wings and fly cancer free. Caterpillars into Butterflies tells the stories of kids who have or are battling cancer and their journey to spread their wings and fly.
